How I got started in fitnessI was always a small petite girl. When I decided to join a woman’s full-contact football team I really pushed myself to workout and get stronger. I was 19 and knew I’d be playing against grown women. Once I actually started seeing changes in my body at that point it just got addicted.
I loved how I could decide how I wanted my body to look if I just worked hard enough. I also fell in love with the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that you get after every workout.
I wanted to help other people feel confident in themselves like I had done for myself. Once I actually started seeing changes in my body I became addicted to the results.
